From Frank Taylor at 2008-03-10 14:00:45 : Re numbering of Leigh Corporation buses in 1948 - the last used number previous to the arrival of the AEC's shown was 37 so Leigh numbered backwards from that number. At the time all nunbers above 50 up to 99 were used hence numbering downwards. LCT numbers never exceeded 99.
